The studio
Small on purpose.
Codia Tech is two people. One writes the software, the other does the design and the digital side, and between us we cover a job end to end without handing it to a third party.
That means we take on fewer clients than an agency would. It also means the person who scoped your project is the person who builds it, and the person who builds it is the one who picks up the phone when something breaks at nine on a Sunday night.
We have built multi-tenant SaaS platforms, real-time multiplayer games, marketplaces that move stock and money, and case management systems for a regulator. We also built the website of a kung fu school in Auckland, about ten years ago, and it has been online under our care ever since. Both matter, and both get the same attention.

Migrate
Domains, DNS, SSL, email and the data. We move it all across and test it before anyone notices it moved.

Run
Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and support. It stays our problem, not yours.

Regulated
A national racing integrity regulator
Systems for tracking and managing integrity cases, for the body responsible for keeping the sport straight. It has since been folded into a Crown entity, and the work carries on inside it.
Law enforcement
A national police force
Internal tooling. That is about as much as we are going to say about it.
Built and sold
A point of sale platform for card shops
Point of sale and e-commerce for trading card and hobby retailers, running in shops across several countries. We built it, we grew it, and we sold it.
